Janice is the founder and design director of a_Site Collective. She brings more than 10 years of experience from both the public and private sectors, having served as Assistant Director at Gardens by the Bay, where she was involved in technical advisory and long-term strategic planning. She has practiced across the U.S., Europe, and Asia with firms AECOM (Hong Kong), Sasaki Associates (Boston), West 8 (Netherlands), Reed Hilderbrand (Boston), and Henning Larsen Architects (previously known as Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl, Singapore). Her portfolio spans public parks, cultural landscapes, waterfronts, and large-scale masterplanning frameworks.

Janice is active in academia as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore(NUS), where she teaches a Landscape Architecture design studio focusing on Community Design and Urban Activations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture magna cum laude from Cornell University and a Master of Landscape Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Janice is also a registered yoga teacher and holds a WSET Level 2 certification in wines.
